This is the Badger 105-XTR Xtreme - Dual Action, Internal Mix Gravity Feed Airbrush.

The single nozzle sprays pencil-thin lines to 3” (76 mm), while a precision air control dial enables instant adjustability for splatter and scattered spray effects.
